NanoZ series briquetting machines

It is an hydraulic machine for briquetting metal chips, chipped by sieves (10mm to 16mm depending on the material).

SPECIFICATIONS

• Electro-welded, powder-coated tubular base for housing:
• Processed steel briquette chamber coated with special high strength steel armor (on customer request the shape of the briquette can be cubic or cylindrical).
• The room is equipped with thermocouple for temperature control;
• Briquette punch;
• Discharge gate for unloading briquettes
• Hydraulic cylinders for the handling of moving parts during the working phases of the machine. The cylinders are equipped with transducers to optimize machine working times;
• Controlled lubricating device;
• Bulk loading hopper with filling sensors and pneumatic vibrators. The loading system is equipped with a quick-release device to facilitate maintenance and control operations;
• Hydraulic power unit equipped with power multiplier to ensure high brick compaction quality. A thermometer for oil temperature control is mounted on the tank;
• Electrical motor connected to the hydraulic pump to get pressure in the system;
• Control panel with IP55 protection class with PLC for machine control and its interaction with any existing system;
• Machine control panel to view the status of the machine, to adjust the various operations, to check the status of the machine (loading/unloading belts, etc.)
• Machine cover frame to protect the operators against any accidents.

Optional:

• Resistance to oil pre-heating in the tank;
• Water/Oil Heat Exchanger or Air/Oil closed circuit to improve machine performance;
• Rapid extractor from chamber for ease maintenance of ordinary and extraordinary operations;
