MacroZ series Briquetting Machines

It is an hydraulic machine for briquetting metal chips, chipped by sieves (10mm to 16mm depending on the material).

SPECIFICATIONS:

• High-strength electrically welded tubular base with powder coating
• Briquetting steel chamber, covered with special high-strength steel armor (on customer request the briquette form can be cubic or cylindrical).
• The chamber is equipped with a thermocouple for temperature control;
• Stamping briquettes
• Discharge gate for unloading briquettes
• Hydraulic cylinders for moving running parts during the working phases of the machine. The cylinders are equipped with sensors to optimize the operatinal time of the machine
• Controlled lubricating device
• Loading bin with filling sensors and pneumatic vibrators.
• The loading system is equipped with a quick-detachable device to facilitate maintenance and control operations
• Hydraulic power unit with a power multiplier for ensuring the high quality of briquettes compacting . The tank has a thermometer for controlling the temperature of oil
• Electric motor connected to the hydraulic pump for obtaining pressure in the system
• Electrical control panel with IP55 protection class equipped with PLC for machine and it interacts with any existing system
• Сontrol panel of the machine for visualizing its state, adjusting various operations, controlling the status of the operations (loading/unloading belts, etc.)
• Cover frame of the machine to protect the operators against possible accidents.

Optional:

• Resistance to oil pre-heating in the tank;
• Water/Oil Heat Exchanger or Air/Oil closed circuit to improve machine performance;
• Rapid extractor from chamber for ease maintenance of ordinary and extraordinary operations;
• WATER and OIL tank with level switch;
